Nightcrawler

Synthwave and Darksynth are the foundations of Nightcrawler’s sound universe. Inspired by horror soundtracks and 80s sci-fi movies he composes music that blends those elements with Electronic beats and a dark atmosphere. Following 3 EP releases, “Road Blaster” (2013), “Knight Rider” (2012) and “Bassferatu” (2012), Nightcrawler released his first album “Metropolis” in 2014 which instantly put him on the Synthwave map by making an impact on an already demanding scene. His album is almost immediately selected as one of the best albums of the year and gets featured by Mondo Sonoro as such (among 25 more albums).

In 2015 One Way Static Records trusts him with the vinyl-only release of his latest piece, “Strange Shadows”. Aesthetically, Nightcrawler’s attention to detail never disappoints with “Strange Shadows” showcasing his affinity for innovation and pushing the limits of Electronic music. The vinyl release comes in the shape of a circular saw and it sells out immediately as well as quickly becoming a collector’s item for horror synth fans and vinyl enthusiasts alike.

Before the end of 2015, Nightcrawler launches “Haunted Keys”, his first-ever music video, which helps him join the roster of Jägermusic. An extensive summer tour follows with Nightcrawler performing at festivals like SOS 4.8 or Lowfest as well as playing live shows at venues like Barcelona’s Sidecar, Sirocco and Villamanuela Fest in Madrid.

“The Phantom Planet” EP follows in 2016, advancing even further Nightcrawler’s rise to the Synthwave / Darsksynth pantheon.

2018 finds Nightcrawler with a new album release (“Beware Of The Humans”) and a soundtrack for the retro-futurist video game “Jägermeister Galaxy Hunter” and more live shows on the way.
